Chili Cheese

Ingriedents

2 large onions (sliced)
2 medium tomatoes (sliced)
1 red pepper
200g of paneer
1 TS salt
1 TS red chili powder
2 TBS tomato paste
2 TBS oil

Fry the onions in oil till browish
add in tomatoes and red pepper
around 3-4 min later, add in the paneer
add in salt and chili powder and tomato paste.
cook till dryish

Baked Pasta

Cook around 200g of Penne pasta till half cook (half the time)

make a sauce similar to a spagetti's (watery)

mix the 2 together and place into an oven at 220 degrees.

top with mozzarella cheese

cook for 10 - 15 min, till all the cheese melts.

serve hot.

*it is important that the pasta is cooked in a shallow tray

Chilli Chicken Chop Taco

Need:

Tacos
Chicken breast (250g)
1 Capcicum
1 medium onion
2 tomatoes
1 lettuce

Preparing the chicken:
Slick the chicken into 2. The idea is to make the meat flatter
Marinate the chicken in the following:
4 tablespoons of oil
1 teaspoon of chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon of chilli flakes
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper

Leave aside for 15 minutes.

Heat a flat pan on a large fire.
After 2 minutes, put the chicken on the pan.
Keep flipping to prevent burning. Cook till inside is fully cooked. The sides can be alittle burnt.

Making chutney (mint sauce):
mix around 30 mint leaves
2 coriander (leaves only)
2 medium onions
4 chillis
100g sour cream

mix the above in a blender.

After making the seperate parts, mix them together in the bread and eat.

Vegetarian Spaghetti Bolognaise

2 medium onions, sliced thinly
1 capcium
1 can of button mushrooms (400 g)
2 medium tomatoes
10 olives
1.5 cups red wine
1 tablespoon of basil
1 teaspoon of thistle and oregano
1 teaspoon of pepper and salt
300g of tomato paste
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of sugar
Mozzarella cheese to garnish
100g of dried spaghetti

Boil spaghetti with some salt and oil till al dente.
Try onions till light brown.
Add tomatoes.
Add in other olives, capcium and mushrooms 1 minute later
Add in all herbs, wine and tomato paste.
Once it starts to boil, lower the fire and let it simmer for around 30min.
Serve with cheese ontop.

Interesting flavour with a sourish aftertaste.

Prawn Masala

- 400g prawns
- 2 medium onions
- 3 garlics
- 2 spring onions
- 1 medium tomato
- 2 table spoons perenakan curry powder
- 1 tea spoon salt
- 1 tea spoon chili powder
- 1 star annie
- 2 cloves
- half a lime
- 5 tea spoons oil
- 2 stalks curry leaves

Fry prawns.

Fry onions and garlic and spices. Add tomatoes.
Add in prawns. Add in spices.
Garnish with spring onions and lime juice

Roasted Vegetables

2 capciums (cut to 3-4 cm slices)
2 potatos (quartered)
2 tahus (sliced in half and quartered)
2 onions (cut into 4-6 pieces, depends on size)
1 tea spoon oregano
1 tea spoon pepper
1 table spoon dried basil
1 tea spoon dried tristle
Turn on oven till 250 deg. Put in potatoes for 10 min, till half cook, as it takes longer to cook then the other vegetables.
Take it out and toss vegetables with seasoning.
Put vegetables in oven and cook for 10 min, turn them around.
Take them out when they are starting to brown.

Great tasting vegetables

Salmon Masala

Ingredients:
500 grams of Salmon fillet, 4cm blocks
oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
curry powder
2 onions
1 tomato
3 garlic
1/2 teaspoon chili

Method:
Grill salmon for around 10 minutes, till it is half cooked
Fry onions and garlic
Add in tomato
add in the grilled salmon
add in spices and salt
add in water if too dry
