Pursuit 2 - Picnic Bee Hoon

Picnic Bee Hoon

Bee Hoon that is suitable for parties, picnics.

250g bee hoon
200g prawns(medium sized)
100g tao gay
2 eggs
1 onion
2 garlic
4 tablespoons of dark soya sauce
3 tablespoons of oyster sauce
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of grinded black pepper
some spring onion to garnish
2 medium sized tahus
100g of button mushrooms
1 medium carrot, cut into strips

Cut tahus into small squares and fry, also fry the prawns.

Fry onions and garlic.
Add egg.
Add vegetables once egg is cooked.
Add bee hoon.
Add prawns and tahu.
Add sauces.
Mix well.
