Salmon Masala

Ingredients:
500 grams of Salmon fillet, 4cm blocks
oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
curry powder
2 onions
1 tomato
3 garlic
1/2 teaspoon chili

Method:
Grill salmon for around 10 minutes, till it is half cooked
Fry onions and garlic
Add in tomato
add in the grilled salmon
add in spices and salt
add in water if too dry

The store spices and salmon tastes combine to a unique flavour
