Roasted Vegetables

2 capciums (cut to 3-4 cm slices)
2 potatos (quartered)
2 tahus (sliced in half and quartered)
2 onions (cut into 4-6 pieces, depends on size)
1 tea spoon oregano
1 tea spoon pepper
1 table spoon dried basil
1 tea spoon dried tristle
Turn on oven till 250 deg. Put in potatoes for 10 min, till half cook, as it takes longer to cook then the other vegetables.
Take it out and toss vegetables with seasoning.
Put vegetables in oven and cook for 10 min, turn them around.
Take them out when they are starting to brown.

Salmon Masala

Ingredients:
500 grams of Salmon fillet, 4cm blocks
oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
curry powder
2 onions
1 tomato
3 garlic
1/2 teaspoon chili

Method:
Grill salmon for around 10 minutes, till it is half cooked
Fry onions and garlic
Add in tomato
add in the grilled salmon
add in spices and salt
add in water if too dry
