Pursuit 2 - Pine Nut Paste Pasta

Pine Nut Paste Pasta
A tangy additional paste you could add to your pasta. Cook tomato-based pasta as usual. After cooking that, add the paste and let it sit in the hot pot for 5 minutes.

Ingredients
1/2 cup pine nuts
1/4 cup motzeralla cheese
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
4 table spoons of basil, fresh or dried

Blend it to a fine paste and add it after cooking the pasta

Pursuit 2 - Simple Fried Rice

Ingredients:
1 cup of rice
1 cup of mixed vegetables
3 table spoons of oil
4 pieces of garlic (cut small)
1 medium onion (cut small)
1 small bit of ginger (cut small)
3 eggs
3 table spoons of soya sauce
1 tea spoon of salt

Alternatives:
could add fresh/dried chili
Could add other ingredients, eg. shitake mushrooms, prawns

Fry the garlic, onion and ginger mixture.
Once brown, add the rest of the ingredients, except the egg.
Add soya sauce and salt.
After around 3-5 min, add in the egg. Let it cook by the side.
Once that is mostly done, mix the rice.

Tips:
Might have to add water if you find rice sticking to pot.
Dont use freshly cooked rice, it will get mashed up.

Pursuit 2 - Sambal Pasta

Spicy Sambal Pasta

200 grams of pasta
2 capciums
200 grams of button mushrooms
5 table spoons of tomato paste
1.5 table spoons of sambal balachan
1 large onion (sliced)
1 large tomato (diced)
5 garlics (cut small)
2 red chilis
1 tea spoon of salt
3 table spoons of oil

Cook pasta as prescribed.
Fry garlic.
Add onions. Cook for a short while (before it turns brown).
Add tomato, capciums and mushrooms.
Add sauces and salt.
Add pasta in.
Cook for around 5 minutes.

Alternatives: Could add fried prawns, long beans.

Pursuit 2 ~ Tandoori Grilled Chicken

Similar to Tandoori Chicken just that it was cooked in an oven instead of a tandoor.

Ingredients:
12 pieces of Chicken Wings
Yogurt, around 200ml
1 tea spoon of salt
1 tea spoon of pepper
1/2 tea spoon of chili powder
1/2 tea spoon of red colouring
1/2 tea spoon of oil/butter

Marinate the mixture for 2 hours.
Cook over a stove for around 5 minutes, to dry out the mixture.
Cook in an oven till well done.
Serve hot.
