Pursuit

Vegetarian Macaroni

Cook 1/2 packet macaroni with 1.5 parts water and 4 table spoons of oil and 1 tea spoon of oil, boil for 10min, till cooked.
Fry 5 cloves of garlic (cut small)
Add tomato. Let tomato cook
Add 1 capcicum, 1 carrot(straight cut) and 1 can of button mushrooms
Add salt, basil leaves and oregano
Add 1/2 a can of tomato paste.

Cook for 3 minutes before adding in macaroni.
Mix well and cook for 10min.

Chicken Masala
Fry 2 medium onions with 5 cloves of garlic. Onions cut long and garlic small. Also fry fennel seeds (jeera)
Add 2 medium tomatos, cut small.
Add 1 tea spoon salt
Add 1/2 tea spoon chili powder
Add 1/2 tea spoon crushed chili
Add 1 tea spoon meat powder
Add 1 tea spoon tumeric
5 cloves, 1 cinnamon stick(broken), 5 black peppers, dried lychee, nutmeg and 2 stalks of curry leaves
Add chicken.
Cook till chicken is cooked.
Add dry chili just before it is done.

Sambal Balachan Kang Kong


Fry 3 cloves of garlic cut small.
Add kang kong (2 bunches)
Add 1/2 tea spoon of salt
Add 1 table spoon of sambal balachan

Cook for around 5 min.
