Physical Pursuit

My physical pursuit activity is cycling. I cycle because I like to cycle. Also, I am not starting this activity from scratch. I have been cycling for many years now and cycled to places like Desaru, Batam and done a round-island.

The objective I have set for myself for cycling is not really time-based. Instead, I will work to gradually increase the distance cycled to cycle around Singapore, most likely on a once a monthly basis. The other trips will be the Western route, ie. cycling from my house(near Potong Pasir) to Lim Chu Kang Rd and back.

I have been keeping records of my cycling since 23rd September. I plan to end my recording officially for cycling in end of May, when I intend to reach my target. Of course I do not intend to stop there, but continue to cycle without recording, as I have done so previously.

Timing-wise, as I cycle on the road, I have to stop at traffic lights and sometimes there are jams that slow my progress. Therefore, I think a +-5 min time difference per 2 hours may not mean that I have cycled slower or faster, but may reflect a difference in road conditions encountered.

This is my progress so far:~
